Provincial Times Newspaper is registered newspaper with the Independence Media Commission (IMC) in 2016 .
It was established with the objective of mainstreaming Provincial news in the national newsstand.
Provincial Times Newspaper is a bi-weekly newspaper that operates from the Provincial city of Makeni in Northern Sierra Leone and it serves as a training lab for students offering Mass Communication (Print) from University of Makeni and the Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology.
